I am a confident, self-taught, vegan and vegetarian cook. My specialities include Indian, Italian, and Middle Eastern inspired dishes: flavoursome, hearty, and satisfying food. If I’m the sole chef I can readily cater for two to thirty people, but I’m equally happy working in a team. I’ve worked in the Buddhafield Café at Glastonbury Festival for over 15 years as either cook or shift-manager. I very much enjoy sharing my burgeoning baking skills.
